做一名好教师，就应该拥有一颗永远不老的童心，在孩子面前展开一片想像的天地，打开知识的大门，给孩子们的童心抹上了七彩，面对童心，教师更应该有童心一颗，日复一日，年复一年，教师的童心应始终与无数颗稚嫩的童心一起跳动，直到永远。

?韩非子》中一则寓言曰：“宋国一富人，一日大雨把他家墙淋坏了。他儿子认为不修好，一定会有人来偷窃，邻家老人也如此认为，是夜，果然富人被窃。富人于是觉得他儿子很聪明，而怀疑邻家老人为窃贼。”可见，富人对被窃一事，完全受感情亲疏所左右，自己的儿子，偏私地认为聪明，邻翁却是怀疑对象，这样不客观，很难认识到真相。或许，事情的真相恰恰相反也未可知。所以，感情上的亲疏远近在很大程度上影响着人们的判断，要想获得正确的认识，必须理智客观地分析研究事物，不带一丝感情色彩。
历览古来圣贤人，无不在对事物做出客观公正的评价，在处理事情上力求做到公正不偏私。 我们要向包拯学习，他公正廉洁，不包庇一切罪行。他的铡刀上斩昏君，下斩黎民，只要是真相，就能在他面前闪光，只要有罪恶贪婪，一律逃不过他公正无私的眼睛。于是，才在青史上永远镌刻着他的名字。 我们要向岳飞学习，他训练的岳家军，行军迅猛，杀敌勇武，这与他的公正无私是分不开的，儿子岳云，犯军规违纪按军法处置，不因他是自己的儿子而有所偏颇，于是全军上下，无人不服，无人不赞，因此，岳家军才使金军闻风丧胆，才使得北宋得以保全，岳飞的精神一样在历史的长河中熠熠生辉。
