今天，是一年一度美食节的最好一天，我和家人来到文化广场，只见人山人海，车水马龙;摊点连绵起伏，紧贴在快。
我们先品尝了10元4串的羊肉串，一口咬下去香飘四溢，羊肉的味道发挥的淋漓致尽，再加上边吃边看新疆的人在跳舞，顿时我感觉我仿佛置身在新疆，到他们那做客了。然后买了两只叫化鸡到草坪上吃。我剥开了一层又一层纸，终于看见用荷叶所谓的“叫化鸡”。一看，原来所谓的叫化鸡就是鸽子。虽然是鸽子，但他们用荷叶包住来煮，轻轻嚼一口，浓浓的荷叶味环绕在身边，仿佛置身在炎夏酷暑的湖边观看盛开的荷花。
在到处走走，看见了鸵鸟宴，有两只鸵鸟被困在笼子中，耷拉着脑袋，无精打采的样子，但店主却兴高采烈，干的火热朝天。在走走，突然传来了一股臭味，抬头一看，原来是臭豆腐”虽然是臭了一点但吃下去，香味无穷。再看向对面也有羊肉串，品尝了刚才的觉得很好吃，想在吃，就又买了10元7串的羊肉串。吃下去美味、香气、麻辣，通通不翼而飞，随之换来却是苦辣、没嚼劲。突然感到后悔极了，也明白了便宜没好货，好货没便宜的道理，在此警告千万不要贪小便宜。
再到东边的尽头有七彩棉花糖，那七彩棉花糖如同雨后天上出现的彩虹那般的.美丽。七彩棉花糖味道甜甜的。舔一舔，软软的棉花糖立刻在口中散开，就好像在云上步行。
要回家了，留恋的看了一下，店主们干的火热朝天，无比兴奋。客人们吃的高高兴兴，开开心心。虽然有点乌烟瘴气，但却让人流连忘返。

今天，我们非常高兴与各位来宾欢聚一堂，举行第九届淮安?中国淮扬菜美食文化节、第五届台商淮安论坛投资说明会暨项目集中签约大会。这是一次以美食文化和台商论坛为媒、谋求合作共赢的盛会，更是一次展示淮安形象和开放水平的盛会。首先，我代表淮安市委、市政府和全市540万人民，向各位来宾、各位朋友表示热烈的欢迎!向长期以来关心、支持淮安建设与发展的社会各界人士表示衷心的感谢!
淮安是一代伟人周恩来家乡，同时也是一个投资创业宝地，具备天时、地利、人和三个成功要素。所谓“天时”，就是淮安面临极好的发展机遇。去年，江苏沿海开发上升为国家战略、苏北整体纳入长三角发展规划，为我们更好地接受长三角辐射、在更大范围承接产业转移提供了有利条件;省委、省政府进一步加大对苏北政策扶持力度，对淮安“苏北重要中心城市”即将出台个性化的扶持政策;去年全市人均gdp突破3000美元，已经进入工业化转型、城市化加速、外向化提升的快车道。所谓“地利”，就是淮安具备优越的投资条件。一是区域优势明显。淮安地处苏北中心，也是长三角和淮海经济圈两大经济带的交汇节点。5条高速公路在境内交汇;新长铁路直达北京、西安等大中城市，在建和准备开工的还有宿宿淮、淮扬镇、淮连等铁路;内河航道总里程1486公里;淮安涟水机场将于国庆节前投入运营，开通北京、上海、广州等12条航线。二是资源要素充足。岩盐、芒硝、凹凸棒土、天然气等资源储量丰富，其中岩盐探明储量1300亿吨，盛产粮食、蔬菜、肉类等农产品。土地、劳动力等价格较低，全市有7所高校、19所中专，每年培养人才4万多人，今后20--年新增建设用地指标近28万亩。三是功能配套齐全。全市有8个省级开发区，规划面积371平方公里，开发135平方公里，全部实现“九通一平”;建成国家级出口加工区、留学人员创业园以及省级软件园、台商工业园、台湾农民创业园、海关通关点等功能区;拥有苏北、苏中地区唯一的“工业超市”——仕泰隆模具城，为各类企业提供模具加工配套;金融业较为发达，今年1—8月份金融机构本外币存款余额1157亿元、贷款余额792亿元。四是产业初具规模。全市有各类工业企业1万多家，正在培育it、盐化工新材料和特钢三大千亿元主导产业，组织实施了投资22亿美元的富士康科技城、一期投资6亿美元的台玻100万吨联碱、投资30亿元的天淮大无缝钢管等项目，去年富士康销售突破60亿元，今年用工将达到8万人。围绕it产业发展，达方电子、大同电子等60多家关联企业落户淮安。今年又引进了投资10亿美元的寰宝空调、总投资30亿元的汽车零部件产品等项目，标志着淮安战略性新兴产业开始起步。所谓“人和”，就是淮安拥有一流的服务环境。我们全力打造“诚信、效率、团队”三大品牌，凡是承诺过的事项，坚决兑现到位;进一步简化程序、提高效率，重大项目由市委、市政府主要领导挂钩，全程跟踪服务;为客商开设vip病房、发放绿色保健卡等，营造良好的生活环境。去年，针对“招工难”问题，市政府成立专门服务机构，累计为富士康等企业输送员工7万人;两次清理涉企收费，为企业减负2.4亿元。近三年，我市连续被台湾电电公会评为大陆地区投资环境值得推荐城市，并且位次不断前移;今年7月又被评为“浙商重点推荐投资城市”。
淮安是“淮扬菜”的主要发祥地，美食文化源远流长。我们衷心希望通过举办美食文化节，在广大投资者与淮安之间架起友谊的桥梁，建立联系的纽带，搭建合作的平台。热忱期待大家走进淮安、了解淮安，寻求商机，投资兴业，与我们携手共创辉煌美好未来。
