many a time have i turned to my desk-mate for help when i face problems in my study. she was always very patient with me and never made any complaints although they were time-consuming. she said it was not a waste of time helping others, and instead, she could have deeper comprehension of the related knowledge. so helping others will benefit yourself as well.

每到下课总会有一两个人来我这儿，不论文科还是理科都有来问的。每当看到别人欢喜的样子我总会感到一种特别快乐的感觉。到了午休的时候，同学都抢我旁边的位子，所以每天我的周围都挤满了人。他们都是来问问题的，来讨论题目的，这也使午休多了几份喧闹，同时也给我带来了快乐。难免有时会被老师分开。所以下课是来讨论的最佳时机。一道问题经过讨论成更懂了，快乐。子曰：诲人不倦。
我不仅在学习上帮助他人我还在美术课上帮助他人。同学在上美术课的时候不是忘带毛笔就是忘带纸，所以一到星期一就有3、4只毛笔被借走，20来张纸被拿去。他们借到了工具都不再怕老师来责怪了。每当上美术课他们都向我投来感谢的眼神。
我帮助他人，我快乐!这是我的个性。我因此而感到天天生活都十分充实。快乐是那么简单的事，让我们都去帮助他们，让大家都快乐起来吧!

还记得那是四年级的一个夏日，太阳火辣辣地烘烤着大地，万物的水分好像都要被蒸发了一般。呼呼打转的风扇根本无济于事，因为风吹到身上时已经变热了。要命的是，下节课竟然是体育课!我们只好拖着滚烫的身子，艰难地“爬”向操场。
终于跑完了800米，我们早已大汗淋漓。汗水包含着累与热的结晶，一滴滴地流下来。老师说可以自由活动了，我便一屁股坐在地上。
突然，我听到了一声痛苦的呻吟。我向声音发出的地方走去，看到了倒在地上的施博益。原来他被同学绊了一下，摔倒了。他的小腿被石子划出了口子，鲜血一滴滴地滴在跑道上。我想起了他最近也捉弄过我，再看看天空是那一轮白色的太阳，便想不管他了。但我看到他那扭在一块的眉头以及那痛苦的表情时，一下子心软了。我把施博益扶了起来，将他双手搭在肩膀上，让他的身子靠在我背上，背起了他。好累啊!但此时我仿佛看到了他那感激的眼神，一下子浑身上下充满了力量，背着他一步一步地走向医务室。才走了几步，汗水便比赛似地流了下来，不一会儿，就气喘吁吁了。我既累又热，正想休息一会时，又想着他一定比我还难受，于是又拼命地走啊走。
终于到了医务室，老师给施博益处理了伤口。我此时已成了“汗人”一个，全身上下挂满了汗珠。当他说完感激的话后，要把带来的面包分我一半时，我笑着拒绝了，但心里却像吃了蜜糖一样甜。
虽然十分热，十分累，但我还是很开心。这就是助人之乐吧!
