盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼来了期待已久的暑假。这不，学校举行了夏令营活动——北京游。经过长途跋涉，不远万里来到了北京。令我印象最深的是爬长城。在车上颠簸了半天终于到了。我们站在山脚下仰望，一座座山连绵起伏，雄伟壮观。万里长城在上面，如一条黄龙盘踞在巨大的床上休息，这雄伟的建筑和高超的艺术让我们啧啧赞叹。
我们开始爬长城了，同学个个扯高气扬，一副胜券在握的样子，个个铆足了劲儿，飞奔上去。我也不甘示弱，冲了上去。我们轻轻松松地登上了第一个烽火台，好不把这个“巨龙”放在眼里。噌噌噌，第二个烽火台对我们来说也是张飞吃豆芽——小菜一碟。开始爬第三个烽火台了，台阶越发得陡，我们气喘吁吁地爬了上去。这时，有些一开始势在必得的同学喘着粗气，摇着手下去了。
这台阶更陡了，我的腿像是灌了铅似的，开始不听使唤了。但一想到“不到长城非好汉”，我又像上了发条似的，上去了。到了第四个烽火台，我大汗淋漓，稍做休息，又鼓足了气冲到了最顶上。这时，我已汗如雨下、挥汗如雨了。向下看，那一级级台阶都印上了我的脚印，我充满了自豪与骄傲！

在天坛公园，我见识到了北京老年人的文化生活，他们在长廊下，晒着阳光，有的在下棋打牌，有的在踢毽子；还有的在打球，我们还买了一副带回宁波；有的在大合唱，歌唱祖国；还有的穿着奇装异服在跳民族舞，我以前从来没见过，有的在唱京剧等等。北京老年人的生活好丰富啊！我们还看了天坛最有名的建筑物：祈年殿。里面有又大又圆，非常高的红柱子，显得非常威武。还有回音壁，外面围着一道圆圆的灰墙，站在中间用自己的手拍一下，就有噗噗的回声，好玩。爸爸告诉我，天坛里的古树绝大多数都有几百年了，每行每列都是9的倍数种植的，代表古代皇权的象征。北京古建筑的含义太丰富了，等我长大了再去北京好好欣赏欣赏。
