望着中学宽阔广大的操场，一圈火红的塑胶跑道，上面还有几个学生在努力地奔跑着。我的思绪随着唐们的奔跑又回到了小学那个小小的操场。在那里，留下了我的汗水，留下了我快乐的往事……
小学三年级时，体育不太好的我突然接到了这样一个任务。下课时，老师跟我说：“运动会马上就要开始了，我希望你能为班级跑400米，”到你，我吃了一惊，要知道，我跑200米就会累得气喘吁吁，让我炮400米，简直就相等月那么难。可是没办法，老师已经把名单报上去了。
到了第二个星期，运动会如期举行了。边上的同学都在为自己班的同学高声喊着“加油”，一联的激动，挥舞着手里的小旗子。而我，则老老实实的坐在自己的座位上，手用劲地抓着自己的裤子。怎么办?怎么办?我不行的。400米。那么遥远，我可不想拖班级的后腿。
可是，偏偏400米的比赛排在前面，我两腿像灌了铅一样艰难的移到起跑线上。一声枪响，我们都像离弦的箭一样冲了出去，风在我耳旁呼呼地吹过。不出我所料，还没有跑满200米，我就不行了。只喘着气，肚子也开始疼了，我真的好想停下来。偶尔瞅见我身后的同学一个个超过了我，我想：不行，我不想当最后一名，我得快点跑。可是身子就是不听使唤，反而越跑越慢。
终于，只剩下最后一圈了，我这才发现，我已经是最后了。不行，我要坚持，我要坚持。于是我闭上眼睛，奋力向前跑着，同学们的喊叫声也在我耳边渐渐远去，模糊。只有风声愈来愈大。当我邮睁开眼睛时，已经快到终点了，我看到那根标志着终点的红线了，是那么清晰。不一会，我冲过了终点，到在了地上。老师过来说：“好样的!”
