我36岁。党员，会计师职称，在考高级会计师和注册会计师，1989年广州市财政我院毕业，1995年暨南大学会计系自考大专毕业。**年进入**单位，先后从事过出纳、统计、审计、应收、应付会计、药品会计、主管会计、电算化会计及部门负责人、财务经理、财务总监等职务。十几年来，我兢兢业业、任劳任怨，在不同岗位上均取得了一定的成绩，受到领导和同事们的好评。
在很多人的眼里，财务科长是钱的象征，现金的代表。但是，对财务科长自身而言，这一职位意味着什么呢 财务科长应如何给自己准确定位呢 我个人认为：财务科长的衔头给人带来的不仅是份美差，更多的则是挑战和重于泰山的责任。迎接挑战和勇于承担责任，我从思想上、业务精通上、管理能力上都具有相当的优势。
下面我各各位汇报一下我的竞聘优势：
第一、思想素质。我具有良好的工作作风，不论做人还是做事都实事求是，光明正大，在财务工作中遵纪守法，廉洁奉公。我热爱本职工作，把工作视为一种需要和自我价值的实现。对单位忠诚，视单位利益高于自身利益，自觉维护群众的利益，为单位的发展积极出谋划策。例如：20xx年初，国家实行民政事业单位创收部分也须缴纳企业所得税的新政策，考虑到我医院暂无能力承担这项税费，我在领导的支持下，通过活运税务政策、结合本单位实际与税务部门沟通，终于使我医院获得了免征企业所得税的资格，不仅减轻了我院的税费负担，也减轻了财务工作量，并为我院今后免征企业所得税奠定了基矗
第二、业务技能。作为财务部门的负责人，财务科长必须掌握较强的专业知识、理财能力，才能做好单位的财务工作。
1.我精通会计知识，具备较高的财务管理理论水平，娴熟的处理财务事务的基本功，还有丰富的理财实践经验和理财技巧。2.掌握国家有关财务会计工作的政策法规。3.我熟悉业务。进入我单位后，我用一年时间，就熟悉了整套业务流程，对整个医院财税等各个环节都能熟练操作、有全盘认知，并能根据每一工作环节的特点，编制统一规格，辅导有关操作人员如何使用表格，审核人员如何核对数据，财务部门如何利用这些数据等等，这样，可避免了重复劳动，提高工作效率，也降低了出错的机率，例如：职工厨房、物质仓库、药库、奖金、补贴发放、个税计算等等就是很好的事例;只有对每个环节的管理都很熟悉，才能协助下属达到他们的目标，才能指导各有关部门如何配合财务管理。
第三、管理能力。我具备较强的组织能力、沟通协调能力、分析判断能力和用人能力。我是20xx年年底来以人才招聘的形势来到我们单位的，来单位之前，我已从事多年的财务总监工作。在策划指挥、安排调度、团队建设、财务管理、财务信息的收集与处理、报表的编制以及奖金的分配等等各方面都能够精心组织、周密安排，因而积累了丰富的工作经验，具有较高的工作能力。

三、干好这个工作我能自强。

下面向大家汇报一下我的人事科股室工作展望：
