这个方法是指由你想申报的学校里的教授直接承诺你，并且接受你。然后再发统一的学校的录取书，因为该国的教授的权利还是比较大的，所以基本上可以决定你是不是能够入读该学校，但这就要求申报和要和教授搞好关系，不管是各方面条件优秀还是其他方面，都要得到他的认可。

在得到了教授的口头的或是书面的内诺之后，就要立即着手开始备所有的材料，然后学校会发来一个申请，照着上面的备好以及填写好材料之后，再邮给学校，学校再一次审过了之后，就会发来录取书。

通过选考方法：

这也是较常用的一种方法，学校是主要的决定因素，一般来说会要学生先提交申报材料，然后学校会依据学生的所有材料进行一个挑选，还会发来一个面试的邀请，最后依据所有的各方面条件去决定是不是要录该申报者。
